Ultimate Roadtrips T&Cs

Overview:

Whilst the organisers take every precaution against risk, driving can be a risky pursuit.  As a participant, you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others and we remind you of this, whilst also making clear that we (the organisers) take NO responsibility for any incidents.

Ultimate Roadtrips tours are NOT A RACE or timed event.  Participants must always conduct themselves in a safe manner.  Any hint of competition or racing on the road will incur immediate removal from the tour with no refund.  You are expected to drive with due care and attention for yourself, your fellow tour customers and all other road users.

The tours are a navigational road trip, they are not guided stages.  You will be given a route plan, which it is your responsibility to follow – all routes allow for more than enough time to complete at fully legal and responsible speeds.

If a group booking is made, the lead name accepts the T&Cs on behalf of their group

Entry Fees:

All entry fees are fully payable 30 days before the date of the event.  At this stage, all fees are NON REFUNDABLE.  The entry fee does not include any personal expenses during the Event, such as fuel, tolls, food, drink, fines, repair costs or any other expenses of any kind.

If, for any reason, you decide to withdraw either before or during the Event, your fee is neither transferable nor refundable. We advise you to take out suitable insurance if you think this will be a problem.

The Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to the Event.

Changes to the Booking:

Once you have paid your event fee, your details are final (attendees and car)  Any changes required to these may require payment of an administration fee to cover our costs with any accommodation/transport/entertainment bookings.  This is at our discretion.

Required Documents:

a) Driving Licence – all drivers must hold a valid full UK driving licence

b) Vehicle insurance – for all drivers

d) Valid Passport – for all participants in international tours

It is the sole responsibility of the participants to ensure that their documents are in order. They must be valid from the beginning up to, and including, the last day of the Event. The Event organisers are therefore not responsible for any claims of damage to your vehicle as a result of applying or removing such stickers.
